Aiesec International Congress

I went for the international congress of the aiesec last wednesday in the Palace of the Golden Horse. It was fun, at first. But someone had spoilt my nice evening.

This was the first time malaysia be the host of this congress of aiesec. So we are considered as very lucky because even we are only the newbies, but have such golden chance to meet with the top comittee members of aiesec which all of them are come from different countries.

The main purpose of having this congress is to let others know more about malaysia. My team was doing introduction of kl n putrajaya as well as chinese traditions in malaysia. My booth was quite hot i can say that. It is because we provided some chinese tradional food to serve them. My conclusion is, they like the mooncake the most. Some said the mooncake taste like chocolate, but the filling is red bean. So weird.

Let me explain why i mentioned that someone had spoilt my beautiful evening. There was a guy, i dont know where is he come from, and i dont have the interest to know at all. He asked me, what is mooncake. I told him it's a type of traditional food the chinese normally eat it during the mooncake festival. Adn then he asked me again what is mooncake festival. I admit that time i was really blur, and have no idea at all about the mooncake festival. I seek help from my other teamate, while he was explaining, the guy stopped him. Ha asked me how many years i stayed in malaysia. And i told him i was born here. He then raise his voice and asked me every year i eat mooncake but dont even know what is it for. Hey man, i forgot! NOT dont know k! Ya la.. i admit in this case i did something wrongly, as i didnt do enough preparation of what we are doing. Actually i did learn something from him. And after think deeply i must thank to him instead. He teached me not to do something with the hollow brain. Sincerely before going to the congress, besides doing the power point presentation and cutting pasting work, i not really read through all the information that we had found. I just went there with happy-go-lucky attitude. This should not be the way. I had learnt this lessonand hopefuly this kind of thng not goign to happen again.

Oh yea, i met Ai Yun there too! She is my ex-primary schoolmate. She older than me 1-year. And yea, we are both kelantanese of course!! You know what, the feeling is weird and super excited when you found your kampong people outside especially from kelantan. Her taylor booth is just the next of mine. And she is doing KELANTAN and terengganu! hahah... It's nice to see her there, and feel so happy because she still remember my name! She introduced me another guy who is from kelantan and peir chih as well. Her ex-classmate. But very sorry i have no impression at all who is this guy. But it is nice to meet him la.. Because we are all from KALATE!! Hohho!!! hahah..

Erm.. I met my ex-tele-senior too there. He just graduated from UM last few weeks ago. He is now working in aiesec. I was quite surprised because why he didnt work in the tele company, he answered me aiesec gives him more chances. Erm.. this answer was quite... haiz.. what so ever... And, he has graduated with 1st Honour! Gosh!!
